Eligibility for Opening CSP (Customer Service Point)

  1. Retailer Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. One Should have a basic computer knowledge with active internet connection
  3. Retailer must have a shop or place of minimum with area of 10* 10
  4. One must reside under 10 km radius of Bank branch
  5. Should be able to invest in basic equipment.

Documents Required for CSP Registration

  1. Passport Size Photographs
  2. Copies of Pan Card
  3. Copies of Aadhar Card
  4. Copies of Address Proof (Residential)
  5. Copies of Office Address Proof
  6. Copies of Education Proof-10 pass
  7. IIBF Certificate (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance)
